Acceptable File Types
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
- Vector (.eps)
- Portable Document Format (.pdf)
We require all files to be in Adobe Illustrator, eps or pdf. If done in illustrator make sure text is converted to outlines. If your artwork does not meet these guidelines, there will be an additional fee for us to recreate your graphic or provide you with a custom design. If artwork cannot be viewed in outline form there will be a fee to convert it to the proper format.
We size your graphic to fit the smallest t-shirt in your order. We use the same size graphic for all t-shirts unless different size graphic(s) is requested. (Having multiple sizes for one graphic will be an additional cost.) Our proofs will show you how your graphic will look on and ADULT LARGE shirt.
Art approvals will be sent via e-mail usually within 24-48 work day hours after order has been placed. The digital mock-up must be approved or acknowledged with an approval. Failure to approve your artwork will result in a delay in production. After approvals are signed or consented via e-mail there will be no changes. Verbal sign offs are not accepted at Palomar. *Note: Palomar Printing is not responsible for hindrance on production due to delayed approval of the digital mock- up. Please be sure to check your mock-up for artwork accuracy such as: color, dimensions, spelling and product information.
We can use any standard screen printing ink color, or any PMS solid coated color for printing. With all ink there is a gradation on different colored apparel. We will make every effort to keep ink colors uniform. Using different ink colors for the same design on different shirt colors will result in an ink change fee. Embroidery thread colors will be matched as closely to the original artwork as possible.
